Complete and submit the form below — it is delivered straight to the MASCA membership team. If you prefer, applications are also accepted:

• In person — at the MASCA Bulawayo or Harare office.
• By email — download the membership application form (PDF) and send it to marketing@masca.co.zw, with fchapfika@masca.co.zw in copy.
